Piazza De Ferrari is the main city square; in the centre is a remarkable fountain built by Giuseppe Crosa di Vergagni in 1936 thanks to the Piaggios' donation (the renowned Vespas' manufacturers). On the background is the side wing of the Ducal Palace.

The Bigo is a modern attraction built by Renzo Piano in the old harbour. From the top of it you can see an eyes-catching view.
