Rivisondoli is located on a hill tip, surrounded by icy mountains and valleys. The town is a tourist site renowned especially between winter sports aficionados. In the picture you can see a grotto famous to be the natural set of a living crib; the so called presepe is a nativity representation describing the birth of Jesus which is very popular in Italy. The Rivisondoli living crib, regarded as one of the most noticeable, recalls tourists from everywhere.
