It is the main sight in town. It was restored several times due to the many earthquakes' damages suffered. The church has an impressive staircase leading to the main portal. Its interiors house many relevant paintings.

Pescocostanzo Town Hall overlooks the main town square. There is a pictiouresque leit motif decoration on the banisters and on the bell niches.

| Palazzo Ricciardelli |

Decrepit but yet striking, the Ricciarelli Palazzo, is a stately home featuring an impressive front and a grand portal, framed in false pillars reminiscent of classical architecture. It was the family home of Nicola Ricciarelli, a famous patriot of the 19th century.
