The Ziro's Tower |

The beautiful and monumental Tower of Ziro belonged to the Scala's Castle, nowadays destroyed. Certified in 1151's documents as St. Felice Tower, it still keeps its cylindrical shape and some merlon's rests. It was modified probably in 15th Century to be used for new military purposes. It is a town symbol and a memory of the glorious past of Scala.

Municipal Square and Bell Tower |

The main Bell Tower is in the centre of the Municipal Square. Noteworthy is also the precious eighteen-century fountain.

Majolica with Monuments' map |

Nearby the crossroads between the street to Scala and that to Ravello, we can find the majolica representing the Scala's map with the indications of its main monuments. Scala, "the most ancient town of the Amalfi Coast" (As written on the majolica) features the presence of various churches and noble palaces. Therefore Scala has been included in a UE special program to protect little villages called "European Villages".
